ACTOR BIO

Florencia Lozano originated the role of One Life to Live's Tea Delgado in 1997. She played the smart and intensely ambitious attorney until 2000 and briefly returned to the role in 2002 when the show traveled to Hawaii. On December 5, 2008, Ms. Lozano thrilled OLTL viewers when she returned to reprise the popular character once more.

Ms. Lozano was born in Princeton, NJ and grew up in Massachusetts. She attended Brown University and studied acting at the prestigious graduate acting program at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

Ms. Lozano has an impressive list of television and film credits. Her television credits include Ugly Betty, Lipstick Jungle, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Gossip Girl. Among her film credits are the upcoming features Veronika Decides to Die starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, The Ministers in which she stars with John Leguizamo and Harvey Keitel, the Sci-Fi film TransBeMan and Perfect Strangers with Halle Berry and Bruce Willis.

In addition to her television and film work, Ms. Lozano is very active in the theatre community. In addition to her numerous theatre credits, she is the Associate Artistic Director at the LAByrinth Theatre Company and she is also a playwright.

Ms. Lozano lives in New York City.
