Todd holds his breath as Marty clicks through the article about her rape in college. He waits for Marty to realize he was one of her attackers, but instead Marty closes the laptop. Turns out she believes Todd's whole "say goodbye to the past" story and decides she wants to live for the future, which means not knowing the names of her attackers.
Todd breathes a sigh of relief as Marty talks about how the past can never hurt her again. Todd takes her on a drive into the country. They kiss.
Meanwhile, John's a little embarrassed that Cole caught him with the closed case file on his mom's death. He doesn't tell Cole he suspects Marty is Todd's mystery woman; instead he covers, says it's admin stuff. Cole accepts this, then tells John about Langston's uncle. John promises to do what he can.
At the Buchanan mansion, Dorian arrives loaded for bear. She can't believe Clint would stoop so low as to hire Ray to take away Langston. As she rips into Clint, Nora looks really guilty -- so guilty that she leaves Clint to duke it out with Dorian alone.
Clint tells Dorian there's nothing they can do -- the judge ruled in Ray's favor. Langston is moving to Colombia -- unless Dorian gives back B.E. She needs to think about it.
At Llanview High, Ray surprises Langston, Starr, and Markko with a visit. He's there to pick up Langston's records and to see if her school is up to par.
In Colombia, Cristian's stunned to meet Lola Montez, Ray's daughter and Vanessa's stepdaughter. Turns out Ray killed Lola's mom -- and Lola saw it all. So that's why Vanessa thinks Ray wants to kill both her and Lola!
Lola's story touches Cristian, and he decides to take Vanessa and Lola to Llanview, where Ray will never find them.
Antonio and Sarah are shocked that Ray's in Llanview. Together with Talia, they figure out that Carlo arranged for Cristian to be Ray Montez in prison and someone got Ray out ... just as Nora walks in. She's horrified to hear Ray was imprisoned for murder, so she, Antonio, and Talia head over to the high school to bring Ray in for questioning.
