Ric gets on Anthony's good side after getting Johnny released from jail. A lethal Jerry pays the Zaccharas a visit after Alexis tells him about Anthony's threats against Kristina. He threatens Johnny with a gun and warns them to back off Alexis. Alexis fears she's unleashed the monster in Jerry.
Carly spins a tale when Sonny questions her about her pregnancy. She tells him the baby could not be his, and, lying on her feet, says the baby would be Jason's. Sonny doesn't believe she slept with Jason even though Carly spins a lie that she has. Carly arrives at Jason's with a home pregnancy test, telling him she needs his help. Meanwhile, Sonny tells Jax that he should make Carly get a paternity test.
Anna walks in on a fight between Patrick and Robin over his role as a parent and her going back to work. She tells Robin she needs to take it easy, but Robin takes advantage of a call that Anna gets to sneak back to work. Patrick gives Robin a legal document: a petition giving him rights to his unborn child.
At the hospital, new arrival Dr. Matt Hunter is rude to Maxie and Nikolas, despite Nikolas's grant being what funded his residency. Patrick and Matt clash.
Lulu defies Tracy, telling her she isn't going to stop seeing Johnny.
Spinelli puts his foot in his mouth in front of Elizabeth while talking about Jason and Claudia.
