Carly shares her baby dilemma with Diane and seeks her legal advice on how she can protect herself before Sonny finds out she could be pregnant. Carly assumes that Sonny will think the child is his and attempt to get custody. Diane informs Carly that Sonny would definitely have parental rights to any child he fathers with her. Kate throws herself into planning a huge wedding while Jax's hopes of becoming a father continue to grow.
Anthony makes another veiled threat against Kristina to Alexis, promising all will be well if Alexis gets Johnny out of any charges. Alexis turns to Jerry to help take care of Anthony. Claudia points out to Ric just how important Johnny is to Anthony, and order Ric to get the charges against Johnny dropped.
Tracy turns to Monica for advice on how to get Lulu away from Johnny. Monica doesn't want to get involved. Tracy later visits Johnny in jail, asking him to stay away from Lulu for her own sake.
N ikolas opens his clinic but it's Nadine who manages to get the patients to come. Nadine's happiness is fleeting when she overhears Nikolas talking about how much he misses Emily.
On the way to visit Spinelli, Maxie has a run in with a new doctor, Matt Hunter, at the hospital.
