Jax becomes frustrated when Carly adamantly refuses to take a home pregnancy test. Carly privately worries that if she is pregnant, Jax might not be the father (she slept with Sonny, remember?).
As Jason goes on the mend while in quarantine, Spinelli becomes delirious with fever and begins to ramble. He almost reveals the truth about Jason being Jake's father, and also says the only way for Jason to stay in power is to kill Sonny. Claudia and Jason rush Spinelli to the hospital.
Kate explains to Sonny her reasons for wanting a pre-nup: If the Feds ever come after him, she wants her empire protected. Sonny and Kate resolve their differences and make love. Sonny is taken aback to find Kate already planning a lavish wedding.
Patrick has his hands full taking care of Jake but realizes what Robin is really up to – she's trying to prove to him he doesn't have what it takes to be a father. This leads to an argument between the two.
Maxie shares her insights on Lulu with Johnny, badmouthing her and hitting on Johnny.. Maxie warns Lulu that she's going to end up just like Laura. Logan tries to make up with Lulu and warns her that Johnny is dangerous, but Lulu refuses to listen. Johnny and Logan fight over Lulu, and Scott has Johnny arrested for assault.
