Spinelli, Jason and Claudia remain in their quarantine. Spinelli is caught in the middle of Jason and Claudia's sniping. Claudia pushes Jason's buttons as he brings up his past as a Quartermaine. Jason collapses with a raging fever.
Ric warns Alexis away from Jerry, but she defends her relationship with him. Alexis tells Jax she's sleeping with her brother and she trusts him. Jax reacts badly and punches an arriving Jerry!
Robin and Patrick scheme on how to get Epiphany away from Robin so the two can spend time together. They send her on a wild goose chase, but Mac arrives and berates Patrick to Robin while Patrick hides. Patrick stands up to Mac, talking of his love for Robin. Mac has Patrick arrested!

Tracy tells Carly they need to work together to keep Lulu and Johnny away from each other. Lulu sneaks out of Kate's photo shoot to be with Johnny. Maxie, who is really helpful at the shoot, notices and gets an idea.
