Jax and Kate take note of how quickly Sonny and Carly jump to defend each other when Alexis tears into them. Alexis warns Jax and Kate that Sonny and Carly will make their way back to each other, eventually. Alone, Jax and Carly have an honest discussion about their relationship, and Sonny's presence in their lives. Carly assures Jax she's committed to him and won't go back with Sonny. Kate expresses to Sonny her fears about Carly and the realization that Carly will always be part of their lives. Kate tells Sonny she loves him anway.
Jerry consoles Alexis, who is hesitant to take comfort from him as he's a criminal as well. Jerry tells her she's right – he is a criminal – but that means he won't let anyone harm anyone he cares about, and Alexis is one of those people. Alexis can't resist Jerry and they kiss.
At the penthouse, Jason is angry to find Claudia with a drunken Spinelli. Claudia explains she was just bringing Spinelli home and accuses Jason of being a terrible friend to Spinelli. Spinelli defends Jason. Jason thinks Claudia is just trying to make him look bad. At the end of the day, the three learn that the pizza delivery boy who brought them a pizza had a contagious disease and the three are quarantined!
Maxie and Johnny share a connection as Maxie shows a vulnerable side while talking about Georgie. Lulu arrives and starts blasting Maxie, warning her to stay away from Johnny, when Johnny blasts Lulu for busting in on a vulnerable Maxie. Later, Maxie tells Lulu she'll back off Johnny if Lulu wins a game of roulette; if the opposite, Maxie gets a date with him. Lulu agrees and says the terms of the deal out loud just as Johnny walks in. Angry, Johnny tells Lulu he'll go on a date with Maxie.
Sam and Lucky manage to get out of jail when the guard turns out to be an old buddy of Sam's. The two get romantic while camping out.
