Kate confronts Carly about asking Sonny to sign away Kristina. Kate wants Carly to back off. Carly, being Carly, gets ticked off and tells Kate she could steal Sonny any time she wants. Carly comes this close to telling Kate she slept with Sonny, but holds back. Carly vents to Jason, and says she's tempted to sleep with Sonny to teach Kate a lesson. Jason points out that Carly would be self-destructing if she went after Sonny.
Diane tells Jason she's convinced Sonny will want his power back soon. Sonny tries his best to be happy with his non-mob life. He asks Kate to come to the island with him, but Kate can't because of work, disappointing Sonny.
Spinelli is harassed by the man who used racial slurs against Leyla. Just as Spinelli is about to be beat up, Max, Jason and Diane come to Spinelli's rescue. Spinelli notices Jax's charming ways with women and asks him to show him the ropes.
Tracy comes to Sam and Lucky looking for Luke. Sam gets a mysterious message from Luke and shares it with Lucky, who knows the hidden meaning behind it – Luke needs a favor. After retrieving the jewels Luke had hidden on the Haunted Star, Sam and Lucky head to Mexico on a mission.
Curtis, the father of the baby Robin tried to adopt (on General Hospital: Night Shift), visits the hospital and acts snooty to Robin. It provokes Robin's fears about motherhood, but Elizabeth comforts her. Liz encourages Robin to let Patrick be a true father to the baby, but Robin still thinks Patrick doesn't want to be saddled with the responsibility. Liz tells Patrick that Robin really doesn't want to raise the baby alone even if she won't admit it, which Robin overhears.
