Alexis asks Jax to intervene on her behalf and make an appeal to Carly to get Sonny to sign away his parental rights to Kristina. Carly angers Alexis when she claims she won't be able to help. Later, after speaking with Jax, she goes to Sonny as a favor to her husband. Sonny and Carly fall into their old, familiar pattern as she tries to convince him to sign over Kristina. Alexis warns Kate that Sonny and Carly always find their way back to each other. Sonny contemplates whether or not he should try to get his sons back and return to his old life.

A scheming Claudia leases Jax's former penthouse for her and Johnny. Maxie agrees to Claudia's promise of cash to seduce Johnny, and puts her plan in motion, which irritates Lulu.
At the police station, Nikolas and Nadine get out of their legal jam (they were mistakenly arrested for solicitation) and look forward to working together.
