Sonny clashes with Jason over running the loan shark who beat Mike up out of town. Jason reminds Sonny that he wanted to make a clean break from the business, and this order contradicts that. Sonny wonders if Kate would stay with him if he took back power. Lucky gives Jason his sincere thanks for the sacrifices he's made where Jake is concerned.
Lulu and Claudia argue about Nikolas, which Johnny demands they put a stop to. Claudia leaves, and Johnny clashes with Lulu over being hard on his sister. Claudia offers Maxie $10,000 to seduce Johnny away from Lulu.
Leyla and Spinelli have fun together when he escorts her to a family wedding. Leyla confides to Spinelli that her mother is pressuring her to marry a man from her own country.
Nadine is slightly disappointed when Nikolas reveals he invited her over to ask her to help him open a clinic in memory of Emily. Nadine takes Nikolas to see an abandoned storefront and they end up getting arrested for breaking and entering as well as solicitation.
